Q. When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch within 3-5 working days of receipt of the order.
Q. How long will my order take to arrive?
Once dispatched, depending on your choice of postage method, it will be:
First Class
1-3 working days
Second Class
2-4 working days
Q. My order hasn’t arrived!
If your order has not arrived within our accepted time frame (see above), please contact us on info@purplelambdesigns.com.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have not selected a tracked option, we cannot locate your parcel and cannot give any further information before this timescale has lapsed.
Q. I do not live in the UK, Can I order from you?
Unfortunately, currently we do not sell outside of the UK. However, in time we may expand our postal area.
Q. Do you use coupon codes?
We will provide coupon codes as and when we feel appropriate. You will be able to discover these if you are signed up to our mailing list or follow us on our social media channels.

Q. The personalisation I want is longer than the character limit, can this be done?
Character limits have been assigned to each product to ensure the optimum layout and quality of your design. Additional letters and characters are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please get in contact by email to check before placing your order: info@purplelambdesigns.com.
Q. Do you offer NHS or Blue Light discount?
Unfortunately, currently I do not offer this as a discount, however this is something I hope to be able to provide further down the line.
Q. How do I change my order or delivery address?
If you would like adjust to the delivery address on your order, please contact us on info@purplelambdesigns.com.along with your order ID.
Please note, we cannot make changes to an order once it has been dispatched.
Q. Can I place an order to be delivered directly to the recipient as a gift?
If you are placing an order as a gift and would like it delivered directly to the recipient, you can enter their address. However, please note that if the recipient asks who placed the order, we are obliged to inform them.
